چکیده
The impact of this 4.0 era is that data growing and can be collected very easily then reprocessed to obtain information. One the search engines for various information often used Google, causing a high intensity will further on increasing amount generated by engines. Google Trends one official websites from reflects or takes pictures events in society based keywords. keyword studied article “Sarung Wadimor”. Therefore, purpose research forecast trend "Sarung Wadimor" which interesting because resulting time series pattern shows recurring due effect calendar variations are thought related month Ramadan. Forecasting modeling uses Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) Time Series Regression (TSR). goodness model Mean Square Error (MSE), Root (RMSE), Symmetric Absolute Percentage (SMAPE). Based results analysis, using three goodness-of-fit measures TSR with Calendar Variation Ramadan + Month Periods has smaller MSE, RMSE, SMAPE values than other models 88.602, 9.413, 26.950, respectively. next 6 periods show tends decrease, still quite far 2023.

On the Detection of Trends in Time Series of Functional Data
A sequence of functions (curves) collected over time is called a functional time series. Functional time series analysis is one of the popular research areas in which statistics from such data are frequently observed. The main purpose of the functional time series is to predict and describe random mechanisms that resulted in generating the data. To do so, it is needed to decompose functional ti...
